My pigeon died during transport, will I get a new one?

Herbots guarantees that pigeons leave our lofts in good condition and good health.

Transport and quarantines can sometimes be very stressful for the pigeons and unfortunately sometimes fatal.

If a pigeon dies, we always try to keep our customers satisfied and replace the pigeon with a brother/sister or an equal pigeon.

Proof of death must be sent to us (ring, photos, ...). The pigeon will only be replaced once proof has been provided.
